We deliver DATRA across Egypt. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to our courier within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order is shipped. Times may vary depending on your address, courier operations, and public holidays.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees depend on your governorate. The exact fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment on delivery

You can pay cash on delivery (COD). Please have the exact amount ready for the courier if possible.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your address. Please make sure your phone number is correct so your delivery is not delayed.

Storage on arrival

Store your bars in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Delays

If your order is delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the courier for you. DATRA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will always do our best to help.
